We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Supervisor
Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site. Manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks by scheduled time. Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Manager to complete job on time and budget. Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate time. Quality control on the job site. Helping with onboarding of new subcontractors in Springfield market.
Prefer some time spent studying construction management. Experience working in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must. Require some time spent in field with other company Superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties. Hands on leader.
Salary negotiable BOE.
